Marryelle does not provide professional wedding planning services, and is not a licensed wedding planner, legal advisor, financial advisor, therapist, or event management service.

All content generated by Marryelle is provided for general guidance purposes only.


3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

Marryelle uses automated systems and artificial intelligence to generate responses.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate
  • AI systems may produce errors or unexpected outputs
  • You should not rely on the service for high-stakes, legal, financial, or contractual decisions

4. No Guarantees

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding:

Upon successful payment, access to the service is granted as described at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marryelle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • lost opportunities
  • emotional distress
  • wedding disruption
  • vendor failures

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service.


9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Marryelle from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the service
  • your reliance on AI-generated content
  • your interactions with third parties
  • your violation of these Terms

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for misuse, abuse, or violation of these Terms.


11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Paraguay.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Paraguay.


12. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page.
